    Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have yoga experience?

No, the event will be suitable for beginners but there will be options to suit more advanced yoga practitioners too - so all levels are welcome!

If you have any medical conditions we need to be aware of, please send a note when buying your ticket or let us know on arrival.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

Yes, a yoga mat is required. However, if you don't have one and are new to yoga, let us know and we can arrange to provide one.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, the Tipi is in the garden of the Jolly Thresher on Higher Lane (roughly half way between Lymm and Altrincham). There is a car park with adequate parking and entrance to the garden is via a gate directly from the car park.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely! We promise you will feel very welcome. It's about a bit of 'me time' and sometimes that's something you want to do by yourself so don't feel apprehensive. Our team will be on hand to welcome you.

Can you tell me more about the charity?

We're raising funds for ADHD UK, which is a charity that provides information, support, research, advocacy and awareness for ADHD nationwide. Find out more here
