This year’s World Travel Market was buoyant as ever, despite the doom and gloom of the current economic forecasts, and news of the global trends from Euromonitor provided a number of different pictures across the continents. Luxury Irish resort Dromoland Castle has been attracting rock stars and royalty for decades and this week the hotel was presented with a signed Johnny Cash menu which had been given to former head chef Sheila Hurley.
