Last week Spice PR hosted a group of editors and journalists at luxurious Dromoland Castle; a stunning five-star estate which was once the home of Gaelic royalty, during a visit to County Clare in association with Tourism Ireland. It’s an exciting time for media agencies in Manchester as the BBC prepares to move up from London and MediaCityUK, the country’s first dedicated media village, nears completion.  With this in mind, Spice PR has moved its head office over to the vibrant Salford Quays area, next to the new developments, and is now located in Exchange Quay, with excellent access by Metrolink ensuring a journey time of  just seven minutes to the city centre.

Luxury Irish resort Dromoland Castle has been attracting rock stars and royalty for decades and this week the hotel was presented with a signed Johnny Cash menu which had been given to former head chef Sheila Hurley. Cash stayed at the luxury Irish resort with his wife June Carter during his European Tour covering the UK and Ireland in 1975.
